Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparing and Serving Food: You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the dietary requirements of our clients and customers.
  2. Menu Planning and Implementation: You will oversee and implement menu changes, identifying opportunities to improve our food services and listening to customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  3. Kitchen Management: You will monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements
  1. Chef Qualifications: You must hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
  2. Experience: You must have experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role.
  3. Flexible Approach: You must have a flexible approach to working and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
