About the Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food to our customers. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to spec, and ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about cooking, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player. You'll need to have experience of working with fresh ingredients, be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills, and have a strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
