About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve kitchen targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen essentials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
