Reactive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to clients.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or queries from customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Sage 200 proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
