Job Description

Reactive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to clients.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or queries from customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Sage 200 proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation:

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
