About the Role

We are seeking passionate and adaptable Associate Trainers to work with us on a Freelance basis.

As a Freelance Healthcare Trainer, you will deliver sector-specific training to organisations providing support to the health and social care system.

Our training covers adult and childcare services, including clinical, management and leadership, mental health, care homes, children's care homes, education settings, and prison services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to the required standard
  • Assess training courses
  • Work with clients to understand their training needs
  • Develop and deliver training programmes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of teaching experience
  • Training/teaching qualification (e.g. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS)
  • Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
  • DBS check and relevant insurances in place
  • NMC pin number for clinical subjects
Desirable Experience
  • Driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Experience of delivering virtual classrooms
  • Own equipment for delivering training (e.g. laptop, printer, projector, learning equipment)
