We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Trainer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Clinical Software Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to GP Practices migrating to our EMIS Web system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to GP Practices, including one-to-one, small group sessions, seminar-style events, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Travel to site, including multiple overnight stays per week, to deliver training and provide support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and the wider team to troubleshoot any queries and provide excellent customer delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of dynamic training materials that support knowledge transfer.
