About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively present products and services to clients. This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Create and develop an effective sales pipeline for business development.
  • Present technical information clearly and ensure clients understand the benefits of our products and services.
  • Develop strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What We Offer:
