Youth Mentorship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Youth Worker. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop strategies for improving student engagement and behaviour. Your key responsibilities will include guiding students' behaviour, increasing their engagement in and outside the classroom, and providing individualised support to pupils with social and emotional difficulties.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Criminology or Psychology (or related field) and have experience working with children or young adults with SEMH difficulties. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with at-risk young people and develop your skills in youth work, psychology, criminal justice, social services, or teaching. The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
