Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Meadowcroft. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in care management, preferably in a residential care setting.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with others.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
