We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team at Action Together. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in promoting adult social care as a rewarding career by offering recruitment support, including shortlisting CVs/pre-interview checks, phone screening, and right-to-work checks.

You will be responsible for coordinating interviews with hiring managers and processing new starter administration, such as DBS checks, references, and health checks. You will need to be highly organized and have excellent communication skills to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

In the longer term, the role will develop to include more elements of generalist HR services, including supporting managers with casework, working with our Data Officer to create analytical reports, and other duties as per our role profile below.
