About the Role

Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Trainer to join our team in the Crawley region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients in the telecom industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecoms, with experience in training and assessing within the industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' quality standards are met, and that our training programs are delivered to the highest standards.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional training and assessment services. If you have a strong track record of success in telecoms training and assessment, and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to our clients in the telecom industry.
  2. Ensure that our clients' quality standards are met, and that our training programs are delivered to the highest standards.
  3. Work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop tailored training programs.
  4. Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Represent our company at client meetings and ensure that our quality standards are understood and implemented.
