About the Role

Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditation
  • Work with industry and our clients to ensure you are up to speed with the latest training and accreditations required for the work
  • Ensure that the products and services we deliver for our clients conform to the specified requirements and agreed standards
  • Advise suitable corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issues
  • Represent as required for customer meetings ensuring customers and company's quality standards are understood and implemented accordingly
  • Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment in keeping with company policy and procedure as well as any legal requirements
  • Provide support to installation whenever clarifications of methods and/or procedures are required
Requirements
  • Experience of working across the telecommunications industry within the Service Delivery role
  • Must have a range of existing telecommunications accreditations
  • Experience in training and/or assessing within Telecommunications Industry
  • Training/Assessing Qualifications desirable
  • NRSWA supervisor qualifications desirable
  • Overview and good knowledge of the telecommunication industry fixed and mobile
