About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Warner Music Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business strategy and driving growth through financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and tools
  • Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving growth
  • BA in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 9-12 years of finance-related experience, preferably in a similar role
