We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our client services team at Armstrong Lloyd - Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client relationships, focusing on retention, and demonstrating the success of our digital marketing solutions for SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our SME clients, ensuring they are updated on the performance and status of their digital marketing solutions.
  • Deal with customer queries and take the opportunity to promote our other services when and where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with our specialized teams to update customers and stay updated on digital marketing trends and our evolving service offerings.
  • Demonstrate the value and ROI of our services to potential clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably working with SMEs.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, social media marketing, and web development with the ability to discuss with clients regarding account performance.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Adaptability to work with various types of SMEs and understand their unique challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus.
