Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bus Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stagecoach Ashton Depot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair our fleet of buses to ensure they are in good working condition
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our vehicles
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Engineering background with a vehicular focus
- Experience working with buses or other heavy vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
