We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Specialist to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, building trust by ensuring compliance and company processes are followed, and managing your diary to client expectations and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build trust with clients by ensuring compliance and company processes are followed, and managing your diary to meet client expectations and needs.
- Own and drive specific customer requirements forward, ensuring timely responses and service levels are adhered to across the business.
- Help clients find the right products to suit their personal and business needs, including portfolio landlords and commercial finance.
Requirements:
- Track record of delivering results for portfolio landlords and ability to solve complex client needs.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in whole of market mortgage broking, with a strong understanding of BTL market and portfolio landlords.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of using case management systems and mortgage sourcing systems such as Trigold.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel, with a keen eye for detail.
- CeMAP Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and Chartered Financial Planners.
Desired Skills:
- Passion for delivering high-quality work for all clients and other members of the team.
- Knowledge of running stress tests on portfolios and experience with dealing with complex client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing client needs.
