Payroll Operations Manager Role for a Thriving Firm

This fast-paced role is ideal for a skilled professional with 2-3 years of experience in accountancy, bureau, or umbrella payroll processing.
The successful candidate will have excellent all-round payroll knowledge, be able to work autonomously, and be passionate about delivering exceptional payroll services. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly payroll processing for 1-200+ employees
- RTI and end-of-year reporting
- Auto-enrolment experience, pension processing (e.g., Now/Nest)
- SMP/SSP processing
- P46/P46 SMP/SSP processing
- H MRC queries/liaison
- CIS
