Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce claims costs
- Collaborate with the Claims Relationship Manager to attract and retain new and existing clients across Property and Casualty
- Analyze industry trends and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business development and retention

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in claims handling or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
