Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 13 chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a focus on nutrition and sustainability.
  • Manage the catering budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement catering policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
