Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert advice and support to clients on Universal Credit, including assessment, signposting, assisted information, brief intervention, and full advice face-to-face, over the phone, and via webchat.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective case management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the main generalist advice areas, with a particular focus on benefit advice and Universal Credit.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with policy changes, legislation, and best practices in the field of benefit advice and Universal Credit.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services that address emerging client needs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the main generalist advice areas, with a particular focus on benefit advice and Universal Credit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in webchat and other digital platforms.
- Ability to travel within our main area of operation.
