About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Leader to join our team at Zizzi. As Assistant Head Chef, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume leadership of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of food quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, kitchen operations, and restaurant policies to provide expert guidance to the team.
  • Plan and coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation, presentation, and service, to meet customer expectations and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
