About the Role

We are seeking a talented CRM Developer to join the Information Technology department of a leading insurance company. This is a permanent position aimed at enhancing the company's digital interactions through innovative technology solutions.

A CRM developer with experience in Dynamics, Power Apps, and Azure will have the opportunity to carve their own career path in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications within the banking environment.
  2. Interface directly with step-by-step analysis, design, and implementation of CRM solutions.
  3. Oversight and improvement of the integration of CRM applications with existing infrastructures.
  4. Maintain exceptional quality of software development and deployment procedures.
  5. Supporting the business outside of development and getting involved in other IT related tasks.
Requirements
  1. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Fundamentals, Power Platforms Fundamentals.
  2. Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
  3. Strong proficiency in database management systems.
  4. Fluent in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL among others related to CRM platforms.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex project requirements.
  6. Coding experience in Java,.NET and Azure.
