Teaching Opportunity

The Supply Register, in collaboration with Longfield Academy, invites applications from skilled English Teachers for a part-time position. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to students, with a focus on fostering inclusive learning environments.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead varied and insightful lessons to engage students
  • Liaise with support staff regarding students who require additional support
  • Track student progress and adjust targets as needed
  • Provide students with feedback on their progress
  • Ensure pupil safety inside and outside the classroom

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified teaching experience is necessary
  • Holding QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications is mandatory
  • A valid Right to Work in the UK is essential
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to process one is necessary
  • Two professional references covering the last two years of employment are required
