Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Create an environment where colleagues can succeed and develop their skills
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure efficient store operations
- Provide an exceptional customer experience every time
Requirements
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate colleagues
- Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading a team
- Proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop and improve store operations
