Facilities Management Lead

We are seeking a highly organized Facilities Management Lead to join our team at a state-of-the-art nursing home near Brecon. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and comfortable for residents.
About the Role:- As the Facilities Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the home's facilities, including equipment, furniture, and other assets.
- You will work closely with our leadership team to drive business growth and improve resident outcomes.
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Location: Near Brecon
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement a facilities management plan
- To oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
- To ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals
