Senior Administrator for Private Office

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide exceptional support to a UHNW individual. They will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating with advisors and consultants, and overseeing financial aspects of the private office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing household staff in the UK and abroad
- Coordinating with business, tax, legal, medical and other advisors and consultants
- Overseeing financial aspects of the private office and principal's personal finances (accounting, financial reporting, payroll, expense management, tax filing, mortgage reviews and insurance policies)
- Liaising with lawyers and overseeing contracts, employment contracts, NDAs and lease agreements
- Providing business secretarial services as well as other secretarial requirements
- Managing artwork, property rentals, staff recruitment, stock inventory and ordering, and maintaining financial audit procedures
- Proactively providing solutions to any issues that arise
