Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist
Location: Leicester City Centre
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with mental health issues, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
Duties:
- Developing and delivering support plans in collaboration with other agencies.
- Establishing links with local agencies, including DWP, police, and NHS England.
- Delivering recovery-led workshops in the community.
- Managing a caseload of up to 25 clients, including one-to-one and group sessions.
Requirements:
You must have a genuine interest in mental health and a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals. A salary of £23,400 per year, 32 days annual leave, pension, and healthcare plan are just a few of the benefits you can expect.
