Salary
The competitive salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE. Additional days may be available during holidays, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to join a thriving primary school in Richmond as a STEM Graduate. The successful candidate will support and deliver interactive STEM lessons, lead intervention sessions, and offer one-to-one and group support to improve academic confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold a 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM-related field from a UK university and be passionate about education, aspiring to train as a teacher. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for this position.

Benefits
This role offers a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm, with a pathway to teacher training through Schools Direct. You will have the opportunity to develop engaging resources to enhance learning experiences and contribute to a vibrant community spirit.
