Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students of varying abilities
  • Work closely with teachers to create tailored support plans for students
  • Develop and implement engaging academic programs to enhance student learning
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring to track student achievement
Requirements
  • A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM-related field from a UK university
  • Passionate about education and aspiring to train as a teacher
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum paid weekly via PAYE
  • A full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm
