We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents.
As the largest healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and care to our residents. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a kitchen environment and will be able to work under their own initiative in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to lead, motivate, and direct a team of kitchen colleagues to deliver a first-class catering service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents
- Lead, motivate, and direct a team of kitchen colleagues
- Monitor and replenish kitchen and food stocks
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation
- Assist in supervising all other kitchen staff
Requirements:
- 1 year's experience working in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
