At Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. As a Medical Oncology Specialist in the Cancer Directorate, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to individuals affected by breast and gynaecological cancers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run outpatient clinics for patients with breast and gynaecological cancers.
  • Provide acute oncology cover at Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
  • Promote evidence-based medicine and contribute to audit, teaching, and continuing medical education initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues. A strong commitment to leadership is also essential, as you will be expected to participate in the Trust's five-day Consultant Development programme within a year of joining.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £170,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
