IT Business Partner

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading specialist retailer in Lancashire to fill a key role in their IT function.
Our client is a nationally recognized and trusted name in their industry, with a consistent legacy of growth in sales and profits. As a result, they need to add headcount to their head office team, specifically in the IT department.
This role will sit in the IT team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business and the CIO to drive business technology goals and objectives that contribute to the company's ongoing success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, aligning technology with business goals.
- Engage in strategic planning to prioritize technology needs.
- Drive proactive service management, technology simplification, and a rigorous cost focus in collaboration with the CIO and the business.
- Understand the business, its needs, workflows, and processes to synthesize business requirements into user stories for the IT roadmap.
- Support the delivery of business IT portfolio by partnering with IT Project Managers to manage and communicate with key business stakeholders and remove blockers to ensure project objectives, timescales, and budgets are met.
- Ensure projects and products delivered by Group IT meet the strategic and operational objectives of the business and align with the IT strategy and other programs across the Group.
