About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Care Leaver Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of care leavers and contribute to the improvement of services for this vulnerable group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with care leavers, professionals, and senior managers to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of meaningful projects and initiatives that benefit care leavers.
  • Provide support and guidance to care leavers, helping them to grow their confidence and skills.
  • Collaborate with other Ambassadors from different areas to share best practices and learn from each other's experiences.
  • Participate in care leaver events and activities, helping to shape a brighter future for care leavers in Thurrock.

Requirements
