Job Title: Communal Caretaker

We are seeking a reliable and efficient caretaker to provide a high-quality service for our communal blocks, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

About the Role:

  • Provide a strong community focus to improve the lives of our customers/residents.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, including cleaning, repairs, and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular inspections of communal areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
