Actuarial Consulting Insurance Graduate Programme

As an Actuarial Consulting Insurance Graduate, you will be part of a multi-disciplined, collaborative, and friendly actuarial consulting team that supports a wide range of clients across the non-life insurance value chain. You will have responsibilities that include both the technical delivery of work and the communication of findings to clients and brokers.

  • Reinsurance pricing and analysis
  • Actuarial model building and testing
  • Data preparation and presentation of results and advice to clients and brokers
  • Actuarial research and development
Reinsurance Analytics Graduate Programme

Our Reinsurance Analytics team offers clients catastrophe management, actuarial, rating agency advisory, and risk & capital strategy expertise. As an Actuarial Graduate in Reinsurance Analytics, you will have responsibilities that include both the technical delivery of work and the communication of findings to clients and brokers.

  • Reinsurance pricing and analysis
  • Actuarial model building and testing
  • Data preparation and presentation of results and advice to clients and brokers
  • Actuarial research and development
Development Opportunities

As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This programme includes centralised learning, monthly webinars, business skills training, and workshops designed to develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence, and your network across our business.

Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, you will need to have or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a maths, actuarial science, or other highly numerical degree. You must also be eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

We are looking for individuals who are motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to pursue an actuarial career. You should be able to articulate why you want to be an actuary and have a strong sense of ownership for your own and the team's performance.
