Aon Graduate Programme - Actuarial Consulting Insurance

Aon is seeking individuals with a strong mathematical background to join our Actuarial Consulting Insurance Graduate Programme. As an actuarial consulting graduate, you will be part of a multi-disciplined team supporting clients across the non-life insurance value chain.

Our Reinsurance Analytics team offers clients expertise in catastrophe management, actuarial, rating agency advisory, and risk & capital strategy. As an Actuarial Graduate in Reinsurance Analytics, you will have responsibilities including reinsurance pricing and analysis, actuarial model building, and presenting results to brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reinsurance pricing and analysis
  • Actuarial model building and testing
  • Data preparation and presentation of results and advice to clients and brokers
  • Actuarial research and development

Requirements:
  • 2:1 degree in maths, actuarial science, or other highly numerical degree
  • A-grade or above in Maths A-level, A-grade in Maths Scottish higher, or international equivalent
  • Motivation and ambition to pursue an actuarial career
  • Excellent numerical ability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with integrity and a sense of ownership

Location: London. As a new graduate, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
