About the Role

TalentEdge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and strategic plans to support long-term business objectives
  • Utilize business intelligence and automation tools to deliver insightful analysis and drive commercial value
  • Partner with management and finance teams to develop and build financial models, generate site budgets and P&Ls
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts
  • Identify financial reporting requirements and develop reports using PowerBI
  • Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business
  • Work with the Head of FP&A to develop a 3-year strategic model

Requirements

  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified
  • Experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (ideally PowerBI)
