Salary

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £12.59 to £13.34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including a welcome bonus, refer-a-friend scheme, and pension scheme.

Job Description

As a Therapeutic Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, confidence, and well-being. Your role will involve supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activities. You will also provide emotional support and guidance to help residents manage their behavior and develop coping strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a residential childcare environment, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care, empowering others to become stronger and more confident in controlling their lives. If you have a friendly, approachable nature and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a paid induction programme, dedicated learning and development programmes, face-to-face therapeutic training, and access to free online courses. You will also receive a free DBS check, free parking, and free meals on shift. Our refer-a-friend scheme rewards staff with £1,000 for each successful referral, and our welcome bonus provides an additional £500 for new starters. We also offer a pension scheme and annual employee awards evening.
