Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an English Teacher to join our team, working directly with children and young people to provide a tailored, trauma-informed education.

About You:

  • We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to improving the lives of children and young people with SEMH and SEND.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working in a similar educational or therapeutic setting, but we welcome applicants with a genuine interest in working with vulnerable children and those eager to learn in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to students with varying learning needs.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed education strategies to support students' emotional and social development.

Salary Information: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum based on experience, plus benefits.
