Job Title: Technical Sales Account Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take on a new challenge in a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering organisation? Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager to identify and win new business within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of selling complex solutions and driving sales growth.
  2. Ability to travel extensively across the UK and overseas (approximately 20% of the time).
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in selling various products and solutions.
Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) + 15% bonus.
  2. 4% pension contributions.
  3. Flexible working arrangements.
  4. 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  5. 25 days annual leave.
