We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Mansfield, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Compensation Package: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum + commission and bonus potential.
