We have an exciting new opportunity in the Business Management team to play a pivotal role in growing the business and supporting our Executive Team.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure continuity of SRE culture as business grows by supporting individuals and their learning and development; manage capability matrix and book training as required; deal with confidential and sensitive reports and information; update Company Handbook and HR policies; provide Orientation and Buddy Support for new starters.
- Write job descriptions and job adverts as required; manage recruitment rounds; organise interview days; manage hiring and onboarding processes including right to work checks and employment contracts.
- Manage diaries of Executive Team ensuring prioritisation of important tasks and realistic scheduling; organise internal and external meetings; arrange and book travel and accommodation.
- Provide client briefs and presentations for business development meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations on SRE Company KPIs.
- Support Office Manager as second point of contact when answering main phone and dealing with enquiries; welcome clients and visitors.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Candidates will be expected to have:

- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Experience in HR.
- A Bachelor's/Honors degree 2:1 or above.
- Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
