We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs. The successful candidate will work closely with children who have a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, and physical needs.

The role involves providing 1:1 support to children, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development. The ideal candidate will have high expectations for the pupils, be adaptable and engaging, and build strong relationships with the children and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 support to children with a variety of needs
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Working closely with the Class Teacher to promote the child's development
  • Being adaptable and engaging to support different pupils
  • Using your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils' needs
