As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, you will play a critical role in this mission, working closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of substance misuse issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in managing high caseloads and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. A knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices is also essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

In terms of compensation, we offer a highly competitive rate of £22-26 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive a £250 referral bonus and a £150 sign-up bonus, recognizing the value you bring to our organization.
