Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Reed is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team and help deliver exceptional customer service.

This role involves routine maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) wiring regulations and organisational established standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine servicing and response repairs to electrical services equipment.
  • Assisting other trades and undertaking general building repairs.
  • Recording and reporting on the status and condition of electrical services equipment.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Participating in mobile working and out-of-hours call-out services.

Requirements include a technical understanding of electrical safety, knowledge of current electrical regulations, and relevant qualifications (Electrical Installation 2360 or 2368 or NVQ , and BS7671, and 2391 testing).
