We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global HR team at Kerry, a world-leading taste and nutrition company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving organizational effectiveness priorities aligned to our business growth strategy.

The successful candidate will partner with and coach our people leaders in building and maintaining a positive Employee Relations environment focused on enabling a high-performance culture. This includes leading the execution of organizational effectiveness priorities and initiatives, monitoring and interpreting key indicators of organizational effectiveness, and ensuring plans are in place to course-correct as needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of talent management strategies aligned to business growth objectives
  • Partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on reward programs and total reward decisions
  • Coaching and supporting people leaders in building and maintaining a positive Employee Relations environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, with a strong track record of delivering engagement activities and talent management initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret key indicators of organizational effectiveness
  • Experience in leading creative and agile problem-solving, with a focus on driving business outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
