Warehouse Operative Job Description

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team during the Christmas season. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team to receive, store, and dispatch goods in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of goods, including checking and counting stock items
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working 5 out of 7 nights, including weekends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful working environment
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced and varied environment
  • Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to complete paperwork and count stock items accurately
