Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to support our operations in London. The successful candidate will have experience working within the Removals industry and a full clean driving license, as well as experience driving a Luton van.
The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and efficient delivery of goods to various sites. This includes assisting the installation team and designers with the planning and execution of collections and installations, managing inventory, organizing storage spaces, and handling the loading and unloading of goods onto the Luton van.
Main duties of the Warehouse Operative:
- Load and unload goods from the van, ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transit.
- Safely operate a Luton van to transport goods and materials to and from sites.
- Ensure parking is organized for each collection and installation.
- Ensure effective communication across the business, liaising with the design team on a regular basis.
- Help maintain the furniture and accessories in a good working order.
- Ensure the warehouse and company vehicles are always maintained and assisting with any cleaning when required.
