Role Overview:

As a Care and Support Assistant at Advance, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Our customers have diverse needs, and we require staff who can provide flexible and adaptable support to enable them to live independently.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. You will also be required to assist customers with accessing local amenities, such as shops and leisure facilities, and to engage in activities that promote social inclusion and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
