Job Summary

  • Lead the building performance aspect of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Responsible for site inspections, monitoring contracts, and reporting progress to clients.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Building Physics or a related field, with a strong background in energy management and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial contracting procedures and purchasing protocols.
  • Absorption of financial data, including cost estimation and budgeting.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
